22 Station // Squaw Valley, CA

22 Station is comprised of two buildings: 22 Station East and 22 Station West and are the gateway into Squaw Village. the two buildings wrap around a courtyard, creating a contemplative ambiance in this ski-in/ski-out, four-season California Alpine Village. Other village amenities include welcoming plazas, resting places, various restaurants, charming cafes, unique shops, and tasteful galleries that create a warm village atmosphere.

Bear Lake

Bear Lake // Bear Lake Reserve, NC

Located on a 500-acre lake near Sylva, NC, this 2-story clubhouse acts as an amenity complex for a Centex Destination Properties residential development in the Blue Mountains. The main level houses a lobby, bar, great room with fireplace, private dining room, restaurant, and offices. The lower level includes a fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms, and activities classrooms. The complex is supported by extensive landscaping and pool elements.

Buffalo Lodge at River Run Village

Buffalo Lodge at River Run Village // Keystone, CO

The Buffalo Lodge, located in Keystone's River Run Village, is reminiscent of an old Colorado boarding house/hotel. As a mixed-use facility, it includes residential condos, retail, a restaurant, spa, community room, and residential lobbies. A total of 91 condominium units are located on four levels above the commercial space, with all parking located underground.

Copper Station

Copper Station // Copper Mountain, CO

Copper Station is the gateway to the B-Lift Base Area. Retail stores, a rental shop, bar, loading dock, and lockers are located on the first level, and a restaurant is on the second level. The design concept is based on a timber frame barn, in keeping with historic precedents from Colorado's industrial and ranching past. Large areas of glazing open the building to the views and put emphasis on the structure.

Frasers Crossing and Founders Pointe

Frasers Crossing and Founders Pointe // Winter Park, CO

Located in the heart of Winter Park Village Resort, Frasers Crossing has a total of 91 units which are a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. A hot tub amenity sits on the lid of the two story parking garage.

Founders Pointe is a 118 unit residential condominium building. There is a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom units with a hot tub amenity on a two story parking garage lot.

Lone Eagle

Lone Eagle // Keystone, CO

This exclusive five-story, ski-in-ski-out lodge is set at the base of a ski slope in River Run Village at Keystone. The building includes underground parking, a fitness room, pool, hot tubs, and a library. The use of native materials is reminiscent of National Park architecture of the 1920s. A heavy stone base wraps the entire building, while the plank wood siding evokes the historic log cabins of the area. Timber columns and brackets accentuate the balconies and roof overhangs.

Main Street Station

Main Street Station // Breckenridge, CO

Main Street Station is an award-winning, mixed-use development located at the South end of Breckenridge's historic Main Street. It consists of 207 residential condominiums, 38,000 square feet of shops and restaurants and below-grade parking. The complete complex ties together a diverse set of requirements into a solution that is a joy to walk through. The open spaces and retail fronts enliven the pedestrian experience, while the plazas and site connections satisfy the needs of the ski resort and town circulation. The very large building masses are broken down into smaller elements that fit comfortably into the scale of the downtown area.

River Dance

River Dance // , AK

River Dance consists of 16 duplexes clustered around a series of fishing ponds along the Eagle River. The theme for the project is outdoor living and is reflected in the homes generous porch and patio areas. The client's Design Review Board Guidelines influenced materials and forms. While staying within the client's guidelines, these high end units focus on splendid views, traditional materials, and an active, outdoor life style.

The Grand Sandestin

The Grand Sandestin // Sandestin, FL

The design of Grand Sandestin, which is located adjacent to the Village at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, reflects the elegance of the South. Its 11 stories allow for spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the award-winning Sandestin golf courses. This high-rise building consists of 125,000 square feet of residential units and a double-height main floor lobby with retail space that open up to a lovely veranda. West of the building is an extensive plantation-style garden and a large pool for guests and residents. The building also contains a fitness club, coffee shop/bar, reception area, gift shop, and underground parking garage.

The Village at Northstar

The Village at Northstar // Northstar Ski Resort, CA

The Village at Northstar is the first phase of sweeping improvements to this 8,000-acre highly-ranked ski area. OZ Architecture is part of a nationwide team assembled to assure quality improvement to not only the mountain, but also base facilities, residential products, and resort character. In early phases OZ is responsible for the main residential entry building that includes the guests' check-in lobby for the village, retail and restaurant spaces, back-of-house facilities serving the entire site, and 60 high-end residential units.
