Bear Crossing // Crested Butte, CO

Bear Crossing is a 27 unit condominium building in Mt. Crested Butte with a total of 43,100 unit gross SF. Located along the mountain side and in walking distance to one of the ski area main chair lifts, the four story-building is also close to the main center of Mt. Crested Butte ski area which is currently undergoing a major redesign. With the purpose of recognizing existing sloped site topography, neighboring buildings and an adjacent willows wetland, the building was separated into two four-story towers. The V-shaped building layout opens the buildings to allow abundant sun access as well as capturing magnificent vistas down valley for all the residential units in both building towers. The two towers follow the natural slope of the site, incorporating a one-story underground parking garage located at different elevations that step with the site.

Deer Valley East

OZ Architecture, in conjunction with Design Workshop, is producing a master plan and architectural vocabulary for this new skier village at the base of Deer Valley ski resort. The 30 acre site dramatically located with views of the ski mountain and the lake below, will become a mixed use village that includes several for-sale condominium buildings, a boutique hotel, a flagship hotel, theatre complex and a large day-skier parking structure. Phase 1 includes three condominium buildings with ground level retail and a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units. Future phases may includeprivate homes as well.

Granby Ranch

Granby Ranch Base Camp is part of the year-round Club at Granby Ranch. The Club at Granby Ranch is made up of Grange Hall, Base Camp, Ski Hut and the residential project known as Dundee Base Camp One. OZ Interiors selected FF&E and interior finishes for the Base Camp, Grange Hall and Ski Hut. The Base Camp captures the spirit of the contemporary skier. Inspired by its surroundings, the lodge will have furniture and finishes that help bring the outside in while maintaining a modern feel. The three story Base Lodge building includes a pizza pub/restaurant, a cafeteria, exterior eating spaces, ski school & ski rental, infirmary, retail, members only lounge, offices and an employee locker room. Warm, organic color palettes with hues of bright colors make the pizza pub/restaurant a fun and hip spot. The retail area has an industrial mountain look with sharp contrast of wood and steel materials. The stone and pebble themed cafeteria excides a casual ambiance.

Grand Residences at Keystone

Grand Residences at Keystone // Keystone, CO

Located in River Run Village, The Grand Residences at Keystone consists of three phases (3 residential towers) linked together by a one-story underground parking ramp. There are 150 units total, meeting rooms, fitness facilites, a large lobby, sundry shop, and two hot-pool amenity courtyards which are constructed on the lid of the garage between the towers.

Kapalua Golf Resort

Kapalua Golf Resort // Msui, HI

The concept for the Golf Clubhouse is a cluster of pavilions--a central pavilion including the grill focused on the golf course and ocean beyond; the golf pavilion facing golf staging, and the locker pavilion centered on the 11th fairway and the return from the 18th green. Total square footage will be approximately 20,000 square feet plus covered terraces. Functional spaces will include a Club Grill, Bar, Restrooms, Kitchen, Golf Shop with bag and cart storage, locker rooms with lounges, and administrative offices. Site improvements will include entry drive, parking, golf staging, bag drop and service yard in addition to the golf course, cart paths and practice facilities

Little Nell at Snowmass

Nestled at the base of Aspen Mountain, the Little Nell is a high end resort condominium with the Little Nell Flag. Twenty-seven units an average of 1800-3000 square feet each. There is a restaurant, spa, clinic, fitness facility and a pool amenity.

Loon Mountain

Nestled at the base of Loon Mountain, edging the Pemigewasset River, you will find the family-oriented South Peak Resort Development. This project consists of an Alpine Clubhouse, including a bar and upscale restaurant, locker treatment rooms and an indoor/outdoor pool. In addition there is a 63-unit condo and hotel inspired by the clean and refined Adiorndack Mountain style.

Northstar Village Retail

OZ Architecture designed tenant improvements for the Rink Building at Northstar Village including Day Lockers, Restrooms, Conference Center, Starbucks, Keva Juice, Game Arcade and Ticketing, as well as miscellaneous spaces throughout the village including Children's Ski School, Booth Creek Offices. We are assisting 555 International from Chicago in the design of True North Ski Shop and Demo Center, Pizza Restaurant and Lifestyle Shop.

Tamarack Resort Village

Tamarack Resort Village // Tamarack Resort, ID

Tamarack Resort, located in the Salmon Mountains of Idaho near McCall, is the first all season resort to be started in the U.S. in 30 years. Phase one of the village includes four buildings of 62 condominiums over retail, with a pedestrian street and plazas, all over underground parking. Two other buildings by others complete this first phase of the village, which is envisioned as a tightly compacted hill town in a European-Rocky Mountain character.

Trailhead Lodge is part of the Wildhorse Meadows community resort development by Resort Ventures West, a boutique style mountain developer out of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Centrally located within the mixed-use community, this 180,000sf lodge will include 90 units, over 46,0000sf of parking space and 11,000sf of commercial space.
