OZ Architecture is providing architectural services for the design, documentation and construction observation of two (2), eight story 200,000 sf speculative office buildings on the 35-acre Lincoln Station site located directly adjacent to the most southern transit station in Lone Tree, Colorado. These buildings will be built in phases.
Phase II and III will also include a phased 600,000 sf parking structure for 1700 cars. Exposed circulation and entry plazas between the office towers and the parking structure will highlight pedestrian movement through the Transit Oriented Development. Metal screening, sculpture, water features and a linear plaza are being developed in an effort to provide an interesting experience for those who come to Lincoln Station either by car or transit. These buildings are being designed to be LEED Certified.

OZ Architecture provided a design concept charette for the remodeling of this worn out 1970’s office complex in the heart of Cherry Creek. The intent of the design was to reposition the project. Common area lobbies have been upgraded to create a warm hospitality feel with welcoming spaces for tenants to gather in and a newly landscaped outdoor plaza with firepit and seating groups to help connect the two towers. New signage and lighting provide the final accents on a challenging but successfull project.

Teams from the real estate programs of two local universities were challenged in a competition focusing on a high-profile development project in the Denver Metropolitan area. The student team, in their new role as developers, generated detailed market studies, development programs and proformas. Local professionals reviewed and critiqued their efforts from the 'real world' perspective. With this information, our architectural team led the design effort. Tabor Tower II was designed as an urban mixed-use high-rise. The new tower program incorporates retail space in the two lobby levels. Over these lobby floors, nine stories of multi-tenant office use were programmed. At the transition between the office and residential space above, a high-end restaurant and spa/health club share an exterior sky garden. The residential units offer an amenity not currently provided in downtown Denver - two-story condominiums that feature a dramatic 25-foot tall glass curtain wall. The tower is also crowned with large penthouse units. The Tabor Tower II would act as a beacon in the Denver skyline creating a distinct identity while respecting its urban context. The base of the tower creates an edge that helps define the entry plaza space, which serves as an urban amenity to the district. The facade of the building base fronting the plaza respects the language of the first tower in order to reinforce the continuity of the plaza and its sense of place. While deferring to the original tower along the plaza, the building also forges a new vision and identity of its own.

OZ Architecture master planned a corner 10 acre site for mixed restaurant/retail/office use in the burgeoning southeast corridor of Arapahoe County. The overall project includes 25,000 sf of office and two retail buildings totaling 28,000 sf. The Owner networked 10,000 homes through fiber optic cable back to a office supply/ copy/print shop in the office building to provide state-of-the-art presentation and communication capabilities to home office and small office markets. The buildings are designed to present a crisp professional face to the public and still transition comfortably to the surrounding residential neighborhoods. The project serves as a prototype for a dozen planned Bridges locations and includes a Highline Vision Center opthamology suite on the main floor, and dental suites on the upper level.
