OZ Architecture is assisting Xcel Energy in the renovation of their Henderson Lab that will house 8 different user groups and a variety of labs. The labs include wet chemical labs, performance engineering calibration labs, micro labs, cutting labs, other calibration labs, clean rooms, workshops, service areas. The scope of work also include renovation of the lobby and public spaces, conference rooms, high capacity warehouse racking and offices. The office environment is open and collaborative. The $4 million renovation involves 76,500 sf of the 238,000 sf building.
