500 Bond sits atop a hill on the eastern edge of the Old Mill District.  The collection of five buildings is reminiscent of a classic hill town.  Ample green space surrounds the development, and European-style courtyards and walking paths connect the buildings.  Each building is a different size and height. The architecture is influenced by historic lumber mills and will appear to follow the contours of the topography of the site, accentuated with cascading volumes and roofs.
The Village includes a lavish spa and wellness center, a high-end restaurant and bar, and 199 well-appointed condominium/hotel units.   The synergy created by the spa, hotel, residences and other nearby retail and river activities will dramatically increase the life and vitality of the entire Old Mill District.
