Whiskey Belle Ranch is a 60 acre parcel between Laramie, Wyoming and Fort Collins, Colorado. The ranch was the headquarters for the ranching land surrounding Cherokee Park. The ranch was homesteaded in 1875. A trussed iron bridge was constructed in 1920 to cross the North Fork of the Poudre River, to provide access to the Cherokee Park wilderness area. OZ is providing the design to remodel the historic 4-Square ranch house built in 1890 to a bed and breakfast, and is refurbishing the bunk house and bridge to it original splender.
