Tower I of the Panama Beach Resort is anchored directly on the beautiful oceanfront of Panama City Beach. The tower is twenty-two stories of stucco and glass with two-sided units that are entered from an exterior walkway. The 187 units are one, two, or three bedrooms and contain expansive balconies facing the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the top two floors are luxury penthouses units with unmatchable views. The lowest level contains underground parking which is designed to wash away in a hurricane. Situated between the tower and the beach is a magnificent 3,700 square-foot pool. Tower II is located near the beach, across Front Beach Road. The twenty-story high-rise is sheathed with stucco and glass, capped by a metal roof, and accented by metal decorative railing at the north and south. Check-in for the entire resort is located on the lower level, along with 6,000 square feet of retail/future restaurant space, a loading deck, trash compactors, maintenance office, and storage rooms. The next four levels contain an open parking ramp and a skyway leading over Front Beach Road to Tower I. A 2,000 square-foot liesure/lap pool, hot tub, sunbathing deck, tiki bar, and an indoor two-story fitness center are located on the rooftop level of the parking deck. Fifteen stories contain one, two, or three bedroom residential units. Penthouse luxury units with stunning views grace the top two floors.

This project consists of a 230-unit high-rise condominium building with an underground parking garage. The high-rise, a Westin Hotels and Resorts destination, is located near the base of the gondola and offers mountain views and direct access to the Village at Mammoth. The project will be completed in two phases with an overall construction budget of $59 million. Upon completion, the property will include condominiums, conference rooms, a lobby, restaurant, fitness area, parking garage, pool, and two hot tubs.

OZ Architecture is the executive architect in collaboration with design architects Hornberger + Worstell for the new Ritz-Carlton Highlands. The resort is located at mid-mountain at the Northstar Ski Resort halfway between Truckee and Lake Tahoe in northern California. It is linked to the ski village below by road and a high-speed ski lift that lands between the Lodge and the Club. The resort includes a Lodge with 175 rooms, 75 condominiums and 75 fractional ownership units. It features a "Headhouse" reminiscent of the early national park lodges of the Northwest while offering exceptional service and thoroughly modern facilities. The resort offers sk-in/ski-out for guests and owners, along with a full service spa and conference facilities with casual to fine dining. The complete facility will be over 860,000 square feet including parking and a memorable chapel in the woods.

Inspired by the luxurious resort’s rich history and the lively wealthy east coast cottage atmosphere of the early 1900’s, the Broadmoor Cottages excel in capturing the ambience and environment of that era. Set in a picturesque mountain setting along the 18th hole of the Broadmoor East Golf Course, the beautiful Broadmoor Cottages demonstrate stylish and unique building architecture, an eloquently designed lush and colorful landscape, a tranquil meandering stream, custom outdoor fireplace, lawn bowling court and spacious outdoor patios.

The purpose of the project was to provide alternative accommodations for guests at The Broadmoor allowing standard rooms plus small to large group gatherings in a relaxing serene setting with 5 star Broadmoor hotel amenities close by. The Golf Cottages at the Broadmoor consist of eight single story cottages lining the 18th fairway on the historic West Course—site of the 2008 Senior Open and the 2011 Women’s Open. The Cottages include 41 hotel guestrooms or suites with connecting parlors and terraces overlooking the golf course. Area: 8 Cottages - 41 Units.

The Viceroy Resort, located in Building 13A, will be approximately 154 unit condo hotel with approximately 154 guestrooms. The Viceroy Residences, located in Building 13B, will contain approximately 40 fractional units. The balance of the facility will include a 125 seat restaurant, a 75 seat bar, 5,000 sf of meeting and banquet space, 5,000 sf of spa area and a 1,000 sf fitness center. The condo hotel will have five unit types with approximately 30 variations to the plans. The fractional building will have five unit types and approximately 17 variations to the plans. In order to reduce the mass of the structure, The Viceroy Resort's design was broken into two parts, building 13A and 13B. These two buildings will be connected by a covered, indoor walkway with direct access to the outdoor pool terrace. Some of the design elements used included a stone base, that matches the indigenous stone of the surrounding mountain peaks, and large expanses of glass combined with steel roof brackets, which gives the building a ?Modern Mountain? feel.

This project at the gates of Beaver Creek adjacent to the Eagle River, offers 206 condominium hotel units in varying configurations ranging in size from studio king to three bedroom units. All 80 of the two and three bedroom units have double queen lockoff units, bringing the total key count to 286. The resort site is accompanied by 108 timeshare units. The site is the last landmark site in the town of Avon, bordering the river and will provide a connection from the town to the ski mountain via open plaza access to a new gondola located on the resort property. In addition, the resort houses a high end spa and wellness center fronting on the river that includes a sports rehabilitation center to be operated by the nationally renown Steadman Hawkins clinic, as well as a High Altitude Fitness research center.
