Tower I of the Panama Beach Resort is anchored directly on the beautiful oceanfront of Panama City Beach. The tower is twenty-two stories of stucco and glass with two-sided units that are entered from an exterior walkway. The 187 units are one, two, or three bedrooms and contain expansive balconies facing the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the top two floors are luxury penthouses units with unmatchable views. The lowest level contains underground parking which is designed to wash away in a hurricane. Situated between the tower and the beach is a magnificent 3,700 square-foot pool.
Tower II is located near the beach, across Front Beach Road. The twenty-story high-rise is sheathed with stucco and glass, capped by a metal roof, and accented by metal decorative railing at the north and south. Check-in for the entire resort is located on the lower level, along with 6,000 square feet of retail/future restaurant space, a loading deck, trash compactors, maintenance office, and storage rooms. The next four levels contain an open parking ramp and a skyway leading over Front Beach Road to Tower I. A 2,000 square-foot liesure/lap pool, hot tub, sunbathing deck, tiki bar, and an indoor two-story fitness center are located on the rooftop level of the parking deck. Fifteen stories contain one, two, or three bedroom residential units. Penthouse luxury units with stunning views grace the top two floors.
