The Gold Crown Hotel is a 17-story ‘boutique’ hotel with 264 rooms, 12 residential condominiums, and a street level restaurant and lounge. The building’s façade and terraced massing pay homage to historic high-rise structures built at the turn of the century in both Chicago and New York City, while the detailing and building materials reflect the masonry traditions found locally of Denver.

The hotel is located near the Denver Convention Center, and amenities including conference facilities, banquet halls and a fitness room, together with the hotel’s central location, allow it to cater to both business and leisure travelers.

Located on a private golf course,15 miles south of Playa De Carmen is the luxurious Mayan Riviera Golf & Beach Resort. OZ is developing concept designs for the beach and golf resort, including a mix of 400 single family residences, cottages and villas.

OZ also is designing the resort’s beach condos, beach restaurant and grill, spa building, cart bridge over highway, guard house structure, welcome center, golf club house, yoga pavilion, private spa bungalows, a wellness center, village marketplace, discovery center and maintenance shops.

The Village is a walk able, pedestrian-friendly collection of buildings that sits in unswerving view of the entire Front Range. MyAnanda is based upon the idea that the buyer would not only be buying a residence, but buying into a lifestyle designed around the Ayurvedic way of life, sustainable building materials, and living spaces that reflect the soothing qualities of spa design. The Rocky Mountain Deepak Chopra Center and Spa is connected to the Residences and is slated to become a magnet for health and well-being. The Phase I building will appear to be two buildings connected by a bridge, under which visitors may walk north to the linear park, around the Promenade and to the various shops and restaurants. The City of Westminster is an advocate for preserving open space which is abundant with walking and biking trails. MyAnanda will be in close proximity to the future RTD LightRail Transportation system giving residents and visitors seamless access to Denver and Boulder. The development will include ample underground parking, a new Deepak Chopra Spa and Wellness Center on the Promenade level, and 105 residences above it, one third of which will be condo/hotel investment opportunities. Phase II will include another group of owner-occupied residences in a village-like collection of building connected by European-style courtyards and walking paths. The synergy created by the spa, hotel, residences and other nearby retail will dramatically increase the life and vitality of the entire Promenade.

The Rocky Mountain Chopra Center & Spa will be the third Spa for physician and Ayurvedic practitioner Deepak Chopra. The Chopra Center anchors the MyAnanda site in Westminster, Colorado. The Chopra Center occupies 17,000 SF over two levels. The main entry, flanked by a water feature opens into the reception and retail space. Guests check-in at the reception desk and proceed through the mens and womens luxurious locker facility which includes showers, wet and dry steam areas and a pool. From there, guests transition to a meditative relaxation space until their therapist guides them to either one of eleven single treatment rooms, two wet treatment rooms (including an Udi Room), or, one of two couples rooms, embellished with fireplaces. A circular stair connects the first level retail, locker and treatment space with a second level yoga studio, meditation space, fitness center and lounge. Space is also provided for classroom instruction as well as private one-on-one yoga and meditation instruction. The entire second floor area opens up to an outdoor deck with a phenomenal view of the Rocky Mountains, outdoor fireplace and water feature.

Strata is part of the billion dollar renewal that is sweeping the Town of Vail. The redevelopment is comprised of two buildings, and is designed to be the guiding light for the entry to Lionshead Village and a gateway to the mountain and Town of Vail.

These luxury residences have clean, contemporary spaces with expansive natural day lighting and vaulted ceilings. Materials such as copper, stucco, and natural cedar impart European styling, and are still reflective of forty years of Vail traditions.

Located at the ski-edge slope of the slopes in Steamboat Springs, is the 100 unit, full-ownership Thunderhead Lodge. Amenities Included in this high-end project are two restaurants, a coffee shop, clubrooms, locker rooms, a pool and hot tubs. OZ is currently in the process of applying for Thunderhead Lodge to apply the Ritz Residences standards. Construction is estimated to begin in April of 2010.
