The Creekside Lofts project includes two 80-unit loft style condominium buildings located in Riverfront Park, a redeveloping area of Lower Downtown Denver. Phased into two buildings, 1A and 1B, this four-story wood-framed project incorporates underground parking, and storage on each floor and in the garage, with units ranging from 620 to 1,200 square feet. The project is designed to reflect the traditional masonry aesthetic of Denver as well as acknowledging the more contemporary buildings nearby.

Located in the Steamboat Springs Ski Area, Edgemont is a ski-in/ski-out resort composed of two main lodge buildings and 7 duplex residential buildings.  Lodge A and B house 120 for-sale high-end condos, ranging from one bedroom to four bedroom layouts.  Amenities include a pool, hot tubs, fitness club and media room. The architectural style is ‘western ranch venacular’, a style that blends with the existing surroundings and Steamboat Springs vernacular.  
OZ selected the FF&E and finishes for both Lodge A and B. The style reflects the natural surroundings through a down mountain aesthetic that is modern yet rich in depth and sophistication.   Rich leathers and wools, metal accents, stone and wood were selected to recall the natural surroundings and bring a sense of luxurious repose.  Neither cool, nor warm but rather balanced to bring about a harmonious environment that is applicable in the height of winter or summer.

The Hangar Lofts are located at the former Lowry Air Force Base, close to 2 remaining large hangars, and the project takes its name and design theme from the Hangars, including curved roofs and perimeter building pieces attached to the main mass like saddle bags. The project consists of 4 buildings each containing 30 residential condominiums. The buildings are grouped in pairs on each side of a new street created specifically for the project with all 4 buildings grouped around corner plazas, so that the project creates a strong sense of community within. In addition, pedestrian walkways are provided that connects the projects to other parts of Lowry Development, including both the town center and recreation areas. Parking is located underground, and the buildings above enfront their streets, strongly reinforcing the urban design principles that the Lowry redevelopment is based on. Because the buildings are "L" shaped, in addition to helping create and reinforce the urban fabric, they also provide quiet, outdoor spaces for the residents on the sides of the buildings away from the street.

The design of Grand Sandestin, which is located adjacent to the Village at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, reflects the elegance of the South. Its eleven stories allow for spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the award-winning Sandestin golf courses. This high rise building consists of 125,000 sf of residential units. A double-height main floor houses a lobby and retail space that open up to a lovely veranda. West of the building is an extensive plantation-style garden and a large pool for guests and residents. The building contains a fitness club, coffee shop/bar, reception area, gift shop, and underground parking garage.

OZ Architecture's Interior Design Group worked with the developer of this new loft project located in Denver's lower downtown district. Three styles of interior design and finish were developed: Contemporary, Industrial and Traditional. Loft buyers could choose one of the styles that suited their personal taste. Architectural detailing, lighting and kitchen and bath design would convey the selected style.

Located in the Ballpark neighborhood, only a block from Coors Field in downtown Denver, this seven-story loft building will feature 39 modern urban living spaces. OZ Architecture designed the modern brick building to fit into the historic neighborhood context, with a curved cap that is contemporary yet relates to the baseball stadium as well as the industrial building typology of the area. Topped by two-story townhomes, the building will include 5,500 sf of street-level commercial space and 20,000 sf of covered parking. The loft/condominiums boast 10-foot, exposed concrete ceilings, with contemporary finish selections and colorways. The sixth and seventh floor penthouse style townhomes feature expansive private terraces and spectacular views.

Some of the unique features to the Glick Zuni Townhomes include landscaped rooftop patios and a blend of construction techniques and finishes (stick frame and concrete).
