Bear Crossing is a 27 unit condominium building in Mt. Crested Butte with a total of 43,100 unit gross SF. Located along the mountain side and in walking distance to one of the ski area main chair lifts, the four story-building is also close to the main center of Mt. Crested Butte ski area which is currently undergoing a major redesign. With the purpose of recognizing existing sloped site topography, neighboring buildings and an adjacent willows wetland, the building was separated into two four-story towers. The V-shaped building layout opens the buildings to allow abundant sun access as well as capturing magnificent vistas down valley for all the residential units in both building towers.
