Located on a private golf course, 15 miles south of Playa De Carmen is the luxurious Mayan Riviera Golf & Beach Resort. OZ is developing concept designs for the beach and golf resort, including a mix of 400 single family residences, cottages and villas.
OZ is also designing the resort’s beach condos, beach restaurant and grill, spa building, cart bridge over highway, guard house structure, welcome center, golf club house, yoga pavilion, private spa bungalows, a wellness center, village marketplace, discovery center and maintenance shops.
