Tremendous teamwork was required in order to design, produce construction documents, bid the project, and receive necessary approval from the University and the City of Boulder within a 5-month timeframe, and approval also had to be secured from the University's facilities department, which was concerned with the programmatic and logistical issues as well as the University's Design Review Board which provides oversight for all campus design.  Paul is currently working on the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
