Superior, COAs building architect for The Neenan Company (developer/owner/contractor for the Superior Point Project), OZ Architecture was responsible for programming, schematic/space planning, and construction documents for Key Bank/Leasetec?s regional corporate facility. Program requirements included a state-of-the-art auditorium, board room, and shower/locker room facility, and implementation of Key Bank?s corporate standards for furniture, work stations, and finishes. The Superior Point site is a spectacular promontory with 360-degree views of the Flatirons, Longs Peak, and the Boulder Valley.
