Zi Lofts consists of 40 condo units, approximately 6,500 square feet of commercial space and structured parking. The building is six stories tall, and units on the 6th level have mezzanines overlooking living areas. The 125' x 125' site is one block away from Coors Field and has great views of both the mountains and downtown. The project budget is $12 million, with a construction schedule beginning in mid-2006.
