Monache at Mammoth
Mammoth Lakes, CAThis project consists of a 230-unit high-rise condominium building with an underground parking garage. The high-rise, a Westin Hotels and Resorts destination, is located near the base of the gondola and offers mountain views and direct access to the Village at Mammoth. The project will be completed in two phases with an overall construction budget of $59 million. Upon completion, the property will include condominiums, conference rooms, a lobby, restaurant, fitness area, parking garage, pool, and two hot tubs.
