Each villa has nine residential units ranging from 1,055 - 1,717 square feet. The Pointe West complex also includes three cottages ranging from 1,224 - 1,676 square feet. The cottages are two and three-story structures with ground floor garages. Each cottage was designed with two elevation options to create more variety in the neighborhood. All of the cottages are three-bedroom units, with the largest cottage offering a fourth bedroom option. The entire development is raised on piers as part of the local code requirements.
