Circle Point Corporate Center

Westminster, CO

This business park complements the development of the Westminster Promenade as a center for the City of Westminster while augmenting the Promenade's current orientation toward entertainment, shopping, dining, park/recreation and lodging. The concept for Circle Point revolves around the creation of a pedestrian core where a circular Central Park becomes the focal point of the development, with the West side left open to allow views of the Rocky Mountains. Ultimately, the site will include seven office buildings and two retail restaurant buildings with total office, retail and restaurant space estimated at 1.3 million square feet. In keeping with the pedestrian nature of the development, all parking is located behind the buildings that surround the central park. Slot courtyards between the buildings allow a connection between the pedestrian links and the perimeter parking.
