Merit Retail Center
Louisville, COLocated in rapidly growing Centennial Valley, this small and unique retail center was fully leased before construction began. OZ Architecture avoided a typical strip center look by combining several different roof forms. The skin is a combination of colored concrete block and brick detailing with painted and exposed steel elements. Along with the metal roofing, the materials create a single unified building image. Display windows are v-shaped bays extending into the landscaped area, providing more visible space for merchandise.
