Msui, HIThe concept for the Golf Clubhouse is a cluster of pavilions--a central pavilion including the grill focused on the golf course and ocean beyond; the golf pavilion facing golf staging, and the locker pavilion centered on the 11th fairway and the return from the 18th green. Total square footage will be approximately 20,000 square feet plus covered terraces. Functional spaces will include a Club Grill, Bar, Restrooms, Kitchen, Golf Shop with bag and cart storage, locker rooms with lounges, and administrative offices. Site improvements will include entry drive, parking, golf staging, bag drop and service yard in addition to the golf course, cart paths and practice facilities
