Denver, COThe scope of this project was tenant improvements for one and one-half floors in a new office building in Lower Downtown. A combination of open workstations and enclosed collaborative space was used throughout the project. The plans also included touchdown spaces, project team spaces, study sectors, a computer room with technical support services, a lounge/internet cafe, teleconferencing rooms and a training room. These areas are furnished with items that allow for maximum flexibility in space utilization. Reconfiguration, plug and play, and multiple use possibilities were guidelines for consideration while planning the office environment.
