This project consists of the renovation, restoration and addition to an existing one-story historic masonry building centered around a courtyard. The adaptive re-use of the building, a once turn of the century grocery store, will include six high-end luxury residential units totaling 8,000 SF. The project also includes six covered parking spaces.
