Located at Denver’s central hub intersection of Lincoln and Speer, Lincoln Terrace is an exciting affordable residential mid-rise and retail project. OZ design this 150,000 sf urban infill project, which includes a U-shaped upper floor plan, providing a secured rooftop terrace on the fourth floor for residents to enjoy the Colorado climate. This project is within walking distance to movie theatres, the Cherry Creek bike trail, restaurants and galleries of the well-known Santa Fe Art District.
