Avon, COThis project at the gates of Beaver Creek adjacent to the Eagle River, offers 206 condominium hotel units in varying configurations ranging in size from studio king to three bedroom units. All 80 of the two and three bedroom units have double queen lockoff units, bringing the total key count to 286. The resort site is accompanied by 108 timeshare units. The site is the last landmark site in the town of Avon, bordering the river and will provide a connection from the town to the ski mountain via open plaza access to a new gondola located on the resort property.
