Zi Lofts Interiors
Denver, COLocated in the Ballpark neighborhood, only a block from Coors Field in downtown Denver, this seven-story loft building will feature 39 modern urban living spaces. OZ Architecture designed the modern brick building to fit into the historic neighborhood context, with a curved cap that is contemporary yet relates to the baseball stadium as well as the industrial building typology of the area. Topped by two-story townhomes, the building will include 5,500 sf of street-level commercial space and 20,000 sf of covered parking. The loft/condominiums boast 10-foot, exposed concrete ceilings, with contemporary finish selections and colorways. The sixth and seventh floor penthouse style townhomes feature expansive private terraces and spectacular views.
