Bear Crossing Interiors
Crested Butte, COBear Crossing is a 27 unit condominium building in Mt. Crested Butte with a total of 43,100 unit gross SF. Located along the mountain side and in walking distance to one of the ski area main chair lifts, the four story-building is also close to the main center of Mt. Crested Butte ski area which is currently undergoing a major redesign. With the purpose of recognizing existing sloped site topography, neighboring buildings and an adjacent willows wetland, the building was separated into two four-story towers. The V-shaped building layout opens the buildings to allow abundant sun access as well as capturing magnificent vistas down valley for all the residential units in both building towers. The two towers follow the natural slope of the site, incorporating a one-story underground parking garage located at different elevations that step with the site.
