Rwamagana, AK RwandaThe Rwamagana Master Plan envisions the creation of compact and liveable urban center in the future City of Rwamgana that serves as an economic complement and satellite to Kigali, and which maintains a green and human-scale feel with a high quality of life. Likewise the Rwamagana District will contain several densely clustered and well planned towns and villages, and this clustering will allow for the maintenance and visual experience of open, green and agricultural space throughout the district. OZ Architecture has generated a conceptual plan for a new town center and innovation center for agricultural industry, higher education, and biotechnology development
