Fitzsimons Biosciences II
Aurora, CODesigned to set the standard for future developments, OZ Architecture has designed Fitzsimons BioSciences Two - a 150,000 SF office and lab facility on the Fitzsimons Campus. The project houses 50,000 SF of labs and over 100,000 SF of offices for the University Hospital (University of Colorado), as well as 7,000 SF of pedestrian-oriented retail on the future common area. This will be the second building of the bioscience park which will eventually constitute 3 million SF.
