Corporate/High Tech Planning: CirclePoint Corporate Center Master Plan, Westminster, CO
Westminster, COOZ Architecture created the master plan for an 83-acre site to incorporate the employment district of the Promenade mixed-use development. The corporate campus revolves around a circular park that is connected to the entertainment district of the Promenade via an esplanade. The esplanade will serve not only as a pedestrian connection between CirclePoint and the Promenade, but will screen parking from this pedestrian walkway. The master plan includes 1.3 million square feet of office/retail space organized in a total of seven buildings of varying heights from two to seven stories. All of the office buildings have been designed by OZ, and two of the buildings and the park have been completed to date.
