The Superior Town Center is envisioned as the new “Downtown” for the town of Superior on a 150-acre site adjacent to Highway 36 and McCaslin Boulevard, located in Boulder County. The mixed-use Town Center is organized around a “Main Street” and oval Plaza, lined with Specialty retail, commercial and restaurants with office or residential on second and third floors. Multi-level parking is located in the center of each block, as well as convenience parking along the streets. Adjacent to the Main Street area would be other residential, office, sports/skating pavilion and a hotel overlooking the Coal Creek Greenbelt/Trail system. The Town Center could accommodate 1-2,000,000 square feet of development.
