Abilene Station TOD
Aurora, COOZ provided master planning and assisted on the entitlement process for this transit-oriented development site, located along the east side of I-225 between E. Alameda and 6th Ave. and adjacent to the Highline Canal, a regional pedestrian/bicycle path. This dense, compact, pedestrian-scaled mixed-use development supports transit ridership by providing multi-modal connectivity to Abilene station and serves as the "social" heart of the neighborhood.
