Boise State University is currently in the design phases of the first phase of a multiple phase development planned over the next three to five years. Full build out will be approximately 2,500 beds. Phase One is slated to create 1,000 beds in ten buildings covering three city blocks. Phase One also includes a 20,000 sf Community Center to include student amenities, leasing offices and a model unit. A five-level parking structure is also being designed to house approximately 750 cars.
