Boulder Community Foothills Outpatient Services
Boulder, COBased on the approved master plan, there is an additional 165,000 square feet of medical office building space to be built on the Boulder Community Foothills Hospital Campus site - and Outpatient Services Building 2 is the first expansion building to be designed and built subsequent to construction of the OZ-designed hospital. OSB2 is a two-story building located at the main vehicular entrance to the campus. Designed to complement the existing hospital, it houses the 6,500 square-foot Table Mesa Family Practice Clinic on the second floor, with 5,000 square feet of tenant space on the first floor.
