Chaffee Park Senior Residences
Denver, COLocated in the Sunnyside Neighborhood of Northwest Denver, this senior resident project sits on 2 acres at the corner of 46th Avenue and Tejon St and consists of two phases. The first phase is a 62 unit Senior living apartment building featuring 1 and 2 bedroom units on three floors with an underground parking garage. The second phase consists of 18 single family townhomes, two story, two bedroom and two and a half bath for sale units with detached garage and fenced yards.
This urban development provides a social network for tenant interaction and community integration. The site incorporates a large outdoor communal area with walking paths, gardens and reflection spaces. Interior amenities offer a wide range of activities including a community room, library and fitness center. Careful design consideration was given to accommodate the special needs of the residents while allowing them to age with freedom.
