Westminster, COThe concept for CirclePoint revolves around the creation of a pedestrian core. A circular Central Park becomes the focal point of the development with the west side left open to allow views of the Rocky Mountains. When complete, the site will include seven office buildings and two retail restaurant buildings. Total office, retail and restaurant space is estimated at 1.3 million square feet.
