Colorado Springs, COCity Gate is to occur on a parcel of land at the southwest corner of Cimarron Street and Sierra Madre Street in Colorado Springs. Planned in two phases the development will comprise of a mixed-use of retail/restaurant base with two stories of office above. Phase I will be as follows: Building A; 15,000 sf. retail/restaurant base with two stories of office space above. Building B; 3,600 sf. restaurant. Parking is to be one level at grade, with one level below grade structure with conceptual intent for open air type garage.
