Clock Tower Lofts
Denver, COAs the former McPhee & McGinnity Building - and a city landmark due to its prominent clock tower, this 1923 commercial-style, heavy timber and masonry building has served a manufacturing function for most of its existence. OZ Architecture was hired to convert the building into a mix of 37 one and two-bedroom units. As part of the renovation, the tower was converted into a three-story loft unit with spectacular views from all sides, and the clock mechanism was restored to active use. The 9,750 square-foot basement provides 18 parking spaces and building storage.
