OZ is currently working on the new Health and Wellness Center for The Colorado School of Mines, bringing together medical, dental and mental health counseling services. This center will serve all degree seeking students with 5,000 sf for medical services, 1,000 sf for dental and 2,300 sf for counseling. After a comprehensive Scheme Analysis along with Design Charrette meetings with key stakeholder and end user group input, we have found the optimal floor plan and design for the Schools needs. Our current design is taking a fresh approach towards to creating a sustainable wellness environment.
