Coyote Creek Elementary School Renovation
Highlands Ranch, COA renovation of a neighborhood elementary school that was built in 1994. The project includes replacement of mechanical systems, a new MDF room, site circulation improvements, lighting upgrades, a new roof, and the installation of a fire sprinkler system. A small addition that accommodates a Special Needs program and a Pre-School room is also planned. Since much of the work will need to be completed while school is in session, careful attention during design will be paid to possible construction phasing plans.
