Creekside Lofts
Denver, COThe Creekside Lofts project includes two 40-unit loft style condominium buildings located in Riverfront Park, a redeveloping area of Lower Downtown Denver. Phased into two buildings, 1A and 1B, this four-story wood-framed project incorporates underground parking, storage on each floor and in the garage, with units ranging from 620 to 1200 square feet. The project is designed to reflect the traditional masonry aesthetic of Denver as well as acknowledging the more contemporary buildings nearby.
