Eagle River Station
Eagle, COOZ Architecture is designing the residential component of this large mixed-use project. This component consists of approximately 581 units within three different building prototypes to be constructed in phases ultimately totaling 10 buildings. Units will range in size from studios to three bedrooms. Each building will provide a percentage of affordable and work force units as well as market rate units.
Building prototype A will provide four levels of units over podium parking. Building prototype B will consist of three level walk-up units and building C will be of mixed use, including commercial office and retail, common areas such as a fitness center and additional dwelling units.
