Globeville Townhomes
Denver, COThis project, through the Denver Housing Authority, consists of 91 affordable units on roughly two city blocks. Each unit was designed to present an individual identity, through the use of varying roof forms and fa?ades, while respecting the neighborhood vernacular and scale. The project included twenty-two "for sale" units and 69 "for rent" units ranging in size from 995 sf to 1,325 sf. Significant components include the large number of affordable units, open space and parks, a community garden, and a community building.
