Denver, COThis building was the first project constructed in Highlands Gardens Village on the site of the former Elitch Gardens Amusement Park outside of Denver. The building is designed to fit well into its neighborhood context and contains a total of 63 residential units on three floors. It also includes a living and dining room, an exercise room and a library.
