Highlands Gardens Village Trocadero Apartments
Denver, COThese one and two-bedroom apartments are part of the nationally recognized Highlands Garden Village sustainable community. The developer/architect team worked very closely with the neighborhood group to come up with a design that fit into the existing old neighborhood and is respectful of the adjacent old Elitch Theatre. Its sustainable design includes high-efficiency water heaters and recycled wood products for the porch decking. The project also utilizes xeriscaping and sustainable products where possible. The exterior is made of a cement-fiber board.
