Keystone Employee Housing
Keystone, COOZ provided the master planning and design for five separate three- and four-level employee housing buildings for Keystone Ski Resort. Located near River Run Village, each building includes 42 two-and three- bedroom units. A central courtyard with a volleyball court, on-site parking lots and a laundry facility are provided for the residents.
