Lincoln Station Office, Phase II-III
Denver, COOZ Architecture is providing architectural services for the design, documentation and construction observation of two (2), eight story 200,000 sf speculative office buildings on the 35-acre Lincoln Station site located directly adjacent to the most southern transit station in Lone Tree, Colorado. These buildings will be built in phases.
Phase II and III will also include a phased 600,000 sf parking structure for 1700 cars. Exposed circulation and entry plazas between the office towers and the parking structure will highlight pedestrian movement through the Transit Oriented Development. Metal screening, sculpture, water features and a linear plaza are being developed in an effort to provide an interesting experience for those who come to Lincoln Station either by car or transit. These buildings are being designed to be LEED Certified.
