This project capitalizes on the site's proximity to downtown Littleton's light rail stop. Here, an existing surface parking lot and dated office building were replaced by 12 units of two-story townhomes and 25 units of multi-family lofts over a ground floor of commercial office space. The scale and architecture of the development reflects both the commercial and historic character of Littleton Boulevard, while recognizing the more residential scale and character of the Stern Park residential precinct to the South.
