Myntswirl
Denver, COOZ developed a prototype franchise concept for Myntswirl, a frozen yogurt franchise. The franchise concept included multiple space types ranging from freestanding 200 SF kiosks to an 800 SF ‘grab-and-go’ space, to a 1,500 SF lifestyle eatery. Rigorous space plan considerations were employed to strategically highlight the product, while maximizing the efficiency of the operator and the experience of the customer.
The client aspired to be the very first LEED Platinum Certified franchise chain in the country -- built from the ground up. Materials and finishes needed to be both durable and environmentally cutting edge, re-enforcing a lifestyle of healthy, vibrant sustainability. Careful research went into the product and construction materials as well as the furniture and Energy Star equipment that continued to re-enforce the prototype’s progressive brand identity and “culture”.
