Nazarene Bible Senior Campus
Colorado Springs, COOZ is planning a new senior housing neighborhood incorporated into the Nazarene Bible College’s 43 acre campus on a hill northeast of Academy and Fountain Boulevards in Colorado Springs, CO. Nazarene Continuing Care community will seamlessly integrate with the existing Bible College campus, responding to the sloping topography and unique layout of the Bible College Campus. The central pedestrian “spine” is aligned with the Ward Ball Tower and Carillon located in the center of the campus. It includes a four-level independent living building with 96 units, two levels of assisted living providing 54 units, and a Memory Care facility.
