Arapahoe County, COOZ Architecture provided master planning, site evaluation, entitlements, and construction document services for the Peakview Tower Office Buildings, two Class-A office towers. The first office tower is a 10-story structure with 265,000 rentable square feet. Phase II is an eight-story building linked to a continuation of the parking garage.
