Prince Street Senior Residences
Littleton, COPrince Street Senior Residences is located in the City of Littleton south of Denver. The project sits on a half an acre at the corner of South Prince Street and West Berry Avenue. The 3 story building consists of 50 Senior living apartments with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units and an underground parking garage.
This development provides a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood, City of Littleton and Geneva Lake Park and serves as a gateway building to downtown and the City of Littleton Municipal Building. Interior amenities include a community room, library, den, multipurpose room and fitness center which all provide valuable services to senior tenants. Sensitivity was used in selecting lighting fixtures, finishes and providing easily accessible spaces that enrich the resident’s experiences.
